Terms of service
In plain words. Reevly drafts, you send. AI can be wrong, so check its work before you rely on it. It is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Your free trial needs a card up front; cancel before it ends and you are not charged. When you cancel, you have 7 days to download your data, then we delete it.
1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Reevly ("Reevly", "we", "us") for your use of Reevly at reevly.ai. By starting a trial or using Reevly you agree to them and to our privacy policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use Reevly for a business, you agree for that business.
2. What Reevly does
Reevly is an AI assistant that works with the Google account you connect. It reads and organizes your email, prepares your day and meetings, keeps notes about your work and the people in it, and writes drafts.
3. Reevly drafts. You send.
Reevly does not send email or messages for you. It writes drafts and leaves them for you. You review every draft and decide whether to send it. You are responsible for anything you send, including a draft Reevly wrote.
When you ask, Reevly can also make changes inside your own accounts: label, star, archive or move mail to the trash, place or change calendar events, add or update contacts, and edit a Google Doc after you say yes. Review these changes. Mail moved to the trash can be restored from Gmail's trash for the period Google keeps it.
4. AI can be wrong
Reevly uses AI. Its drafts, summaries, notes, priorities and calendar suggestions can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check them before you rely on them, especially anything involving money, deadlines, health, legal matters or other people.
5. Not professional advice
Nothing Reevly produces is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical or other professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional for those.
6. Free trial, price and billing
- Card up front. A free trial starts when you sign up with a payment card. The trial length and the monthly price are shown at checkout before you start.
- When the trial ends your subscription starts and your card is charged the monthly price, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Monthly. After that you are billed each month in advance until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.
- AI usage is included up to a monthly usage cap. When you reach it, Reevly pauses AI work until the next month or until you change plans. We do not charge extra usage without your agreement.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails and is not fixed within a few days, your access is paused until it is.
- Refunds. Payments are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@reevly.ai. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged. If you cancel later, you are not charged again.
After you cancel, you keep access for 7 days so you can download your data. Then the service stops completely: your Reevly server is shut down and its data, including your notes and your Google connection, is deleted within 30 days. Backups saved in your own Google Drive stay yours. We may also end or suspend your account if you break these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.
8. Your data
Your data is yours. You give us permission to process it only to run Reevly for you, as described in the privacy policy. We do not sell it, use it for ads, or use it to train AI models.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Reevly to:
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
- break the law, or create content that is illegal, harassing or infringes someone else's rights;
- connect or read an account you are not allowed to access;
- try to get around the usage cap, the sign-in, or any security measure, or interfere with the service.
10. Other services
Reevly relies on other companies, including Google, Anthropic, Render and Supabase, and any service you choose to connect. Their own terms apply to your use of them. An outage or change at one of them can affect Reevly, and we are not responsible for their services.
11. Changes to Reevly and these terms
We improve Reevly over time and may change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect. Using Reevly after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Disclaimers
Reevly is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that it will be error free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Reevly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Final wording to be set by counsel.
