Reevly

Privacy policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

The short version. Reevly reads your Google mail, calendar, contacts and files only to do the work you ask of it. Your data lives on a server of its own, just for you. We never sell it, never use it for ads, and never use it to train AI models. Nobody at Reevly reads it unless you ask us to, or we must to keep the service safe or obey the law. You can take your data with you and have it deleted at any time.

Who we are

Reevly ("Reevly", "we", "us") is an AI chief of staff at reevly.ai. This policy explains what information Reevly collects, how it is used, who else handles it, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@reevly.ai.

What Reevly collects

Your account

Your name and email address from Google sign-in, your subscription status, and the assistant name and settings you choose. Card details are entered with our payment processor and never reach our servers.

Data from your Google account

When you connect Google, you choose to give Reevly access to:

What Reevly writes down

To be useful over time, Reevly keeps working notes for you: the people you work with, your meetings, your tasks and the preferences you teach it. We call this your brain. It is stored on your own server and backed up to a folder in your own Google Drive.

Usage and logs

How much AI each account uses (counts and cost, not what was written), and technical logs that help us fix problems. We do not write the contents of your email or messages to our logs.

How we use it

Only to run Reevly for you: to triage your inbox, draft replies, prepare your day and meetings, keep your notes, answer your questions, and keep your account and billing working. We also use account and usage information to prevent abuse and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it, or let anyone else use it, to train AI models.

Google API Services: Limited Use

Reevly's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In practice that means data we receive from Google APIs:

Who handles your data

Reevly uses a small number of service providers. Each one handles only what it needs to do its job.

ProviderWhat it doesWhat it sees
RenderHosts your private Reevly server and its encrypted disk, in the United States.Your Reevly server and the data on it.
AnthropicProvides the Claude AI model that reads and writes for you.The text Reevly sends it to do a task (for example an email to summarize). Anthropic does not train its models on this data under its commercial terms.
Our AI gatewayOur own server (self-hosted LiteLLM) that passes each AI request to Anthropic and keeps each account inside its usage cap. The Anthropic key is held only there.Requests pass through it on their way to Anthropic. It records usage counts and cost per account, not the content.
GoogleGoogle sign-in, and your Gmail, Calendar, Contacts and Drive, which you connect.Your Google account, as it always does.
SupabaseKeeps the list of accounts and subscriptions, and runs the sign-in step that connects your Google account.Your email address, subscription status and the address of your Reevly server. Not your mail or notes.
Our payment processorTakes payment for your subscription.Your card and billing details. We never see your full card number.

If you choose to connect other services (for example Dropbox, Telegram or a meeting recorder), Reevly exchanges data with them only to do what you set up, and their own privacy policies apply.
